A subsidiary of a multinational corporation was facing major transformation needs, partly due to new regulatory requirements. Major investments were needed, and the management team did not agree on the way forward.
The management team was neither aligned on the speed for change, nor on the priorities. The team was frustrated about the decision-making process, the lack of team effectiveness and the general collaboration climate.
By interviewing the team members, People Horizon identified common and individual understanding of the problems and needs.
We designed an agile program, focusing on strategy alignment and collaboration. Along the delivery, the program was adapted to urgent team needs.
Once the strategic path was decided, People Horizon supported the facilitation of the alignment with all leadership layers in the organization.
People Horizons facilitation allowed the difficult questions to be brought to light. Dialogues on personal contribution enabled the team to agree on the strategy.
The Board of Directors decided to approve the strategy based on the evaluation that the executive team was very well-aligned and suited for driving the transformation journey.
