“How we met”

In 2012, we met for the first time in our professional roles as CHRO and Learning & Development Director. Since then, our paths have crossed several times. We have supported extensive business driven and cultural transformations and turnarounds. We have had great pleasure in co-creating new solutions and challenging old “truths”. We have dealt with delicate situations in terms of organizational structures, teams in need of development and individuals finding their way through business labyrinths. At one point we decided to try our wings together and here we are.

Most importantly our birthdays! No honestly, our core values, our beliefs that companies have a larger role to play than maximizing the bottom-line and that people can do more. We have broad industry experience. We like to work hard, with the overall agenda and go down into the details. We both have hands-on experience of the younger generations and their perspectives. We enjoy the good sides of life – and we have dogs.

“Our key differences”

We balance each other. One Karin has a more holistic, visionary and strategic perspective, while the other Karin finds her energy in team development and the individual perspective. To develop a business both perspectives are needed. One holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and one a Master of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. One is a semi-chef and the other one is a group training instructor. One is a marvelous aunt who allows things that parents never would, and one is a mother of five. When one of us goes wild, the other one keeps her feet on the ground.
